We picked up the boat Saturday morning and had a great briefing from Mark and Stef. The Voyager is very well equipped with most things we needed.
The recommendations from Mark & Stef for anchorages and restaurants were great. We had wonderful service & even some little extra help from the folks they connected us with. When the winds were blowing up, Salih at Sogut, made sure we were secure. He also showed us the local trail from Sogut to Bozburun which was a great hike, and gave us a ride home. At Ciflik we also encountered some stormy conditions but the guys from Azmak were great.
It was also nice to know that Mark & Stef were keeping an eye on our location & on the weather. They phoned & provided excellent guidance on the best places to stay. It was reassuring to know someone was making sure we were safe.
We had some excellent sailing. Good winds and the boat performed well. The new mainsail is great. All the mechanics, the engine, etc are well maintained & reliable. Great area for sailing! Overall beautiful country, beautiful sailing and wonderful people. A wonderful boat for four people to spend a week together.
