We had a great holiday, the week of sailing was incredibly relaxing and the coastline stunning. The flexibility of the schedule was ideal for our group as well. meaning we could stop as it suited us with no need to rush to the next port. Our skipper, Ahmet, was not only our guide while on the water but also great entertainment throughout the week. He was fantastic!
We will certainly be recommending Sail in Turkey to a number of our friends. It was a great week! Thanks again, Craig (Australia)

Second year sailing in Turkey and we are coming back for more!
Day 1: Marmaris to Kapi Creek using sail and engine. Very hot but we survived with lots of water inside and out **** Day 2: Kapi Creek to Karacoren by engine. Wonderful bay for swimming. Family restaurant with violin playing father and son **** Day 3: Invited by John from Karacoren for a trip to Kaya Koy, amazing experience. Then Karacoren to Fethiye and Yacht Classic Hotel. Great, great food and terrific shopping **** Day 4: More shopping in Fethiye. Then Fethiye to Sarsala. Nice restaurant in evening **** Day 5: Sarsala to Ciflik with a stop in Gerbeske Bay. Best bathing in the trip. Pool for the kids at Ciflik, beautiful but the food not as good as elsewhere **** Day 6: Ciflik to Kumlubuku with another swim stop in Gerbeske. Great sailing to Kumlubuku, wonderful food although expensive **** Day 7: Kumlubuku to Marmaris. After a week of blue skies the clouds showed themselves for the first time.

ITINERARY: Marmaris, Ciflik, hard wind, tough sailing! Alarga Sail elegant place, different from the rest ** Serce Limani, visted Captain Nemo, very good and expensive ** Bozburun, restaurant Limen is reccommended ** Orhaniye, new place for the year Begonvil! Excellent. Nice staff and wonderful showers ** Dirsek, Nice bay! quiet and simple ** Bozzukale, nice swimming and OK restaurant ** Ciflik, back to the beginning but now at Deniz restaurant. Nice staff and generous good meal ** Marmaris 2.5 hours by engine , no wind!
TIPS: Buy the newly baked bread in the smaller harbours, VERY good! Nice swim stops in small bays are everywhere. Enjoy!!

As for Mark & Stef, great people - could not have asked for better treatment.

Just to say Thank you for a great charter this September. You are an excellent charter company to deal with - very friendly and efficient in dealing with all our requests & questions and providing wonderful service throughout the charter period (including the midnight arrival). Horizon was a well presented boat and she had everything that we needed for a memorable week, giving us good crusiing on a lovely coastline. We will be back to go eastwards next time.

We went east to Cold Water Bay, very good. We went West to Datca, also good. Support from SailinTurkey excellent. Best bay Cold Water - Best Meal Ecincik - Best port Datca - Best Showers Port Gocek. People so friendly. A must visit is crazy Bob (Hasan) at Serce Limani. Thanks John (Wales)
We all enjoyed our 2 weeks in Turkey - the Turkish people are the most (genuinely) friendly people I have ever met. We enjoyed our time at each bay especially Ekincik and would not hesitate to return to use Sail in Turkey in the future. Thanks for the use of your yacht. Catherine Kershaw (Wales)
This was my first visit to Turkey. I have been pleasantly suprised, my first choice for sailing was Greece but I have enjoyed the country, the people and in my view now Turkey is the country to sail in. Stef and Mark great agents, nothing too much trouble. Thanks Liz (UK)
